Shipping policy


COVID-19

Please take into consideration that due to COVID-19 shipping times may vary, this is entirely out of our hands and although we do everything in within our control to ensure expedient handling and shipping of your products we cannot guarantee shipping times.

 

US/Canada Shipping Policy

  • Please allow between 2-10 business days for your products to arrive.
  • All of our orders are shipped using Chit Chats Express.

* Free Standard Shipping applies only to regular-priced items shipped within the United States and Canada. Sale and clearance items are excluded. Handling times still apply as noted above.

 

International Shipping Policy

  • International parcel delivery can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on where you live. Our price DOES NOT include duty and tax fees. Duty, VAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. This amount, if any, varies by country. FRWRD Skincare does not have control over these charges nor do we collect this money.

  • UK Buyers specifically: Anything imported into the UK worth more than £15 from a non-EU country is subject to VAT at 20% of the item value, plus an additional £8 handling fee. You will likely be required to pay this upon receipt of your package. This hefty tax is imposed by your government. Please take this into consideration before ordering.

Handling 

Please note that we are a small start-up and as such may not be able to ship your item the following business day.  Once you have placed your order and have received the order processing confirmation e-mail, please allow up to 3 business days for handling shipping preparation.

We will do everything we can to expedite your order and keep you informed as to what to expect.

Once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
